David Hall
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Dave has been in ministry for 38 years and ministers in a way that is unique for today’s modern church. He writes, “My eyes were opened at 18 years old in a jail cell. God has blessed me and I’m grateful for His much needed patience with me, since I am still under construction. I’m also grateful for the Body of Christ, where I see the love and grace of God daily. I’m amazed that though He knows me, He loves me.” Cathy, his wife of 38 years, plays a vital part in the life of Reveal.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Pastor Tye has been in ministry for over 29 years and was the Lead Pastor at Calvary Chapel West Boca before joining the Reveal Team. He has a passion for God’s Word and His people and desires to help everyone grow deeper in their relationship with God. He loves teaching the Bible and helping people grasp God’s Word and get set free from strongholds. Tye and his wife Lori have 4 adopted kids and were foster parents for 15 years. Tye had a previous career as a professional trumpet player.

Michael Little
FAMILY PASTOR & TECHNOLOGY
Pastor Michael oversees youth, young adults, sound and technology. He has been in ministry for over 20 years. He is married to Rachel since 2007 with 5 wonderful kids. He oversees our Children's, Youth and Young Adult Ministries. He has a love for people, music and raising up disciples. Contact Michael for anything related to family ministry.
DR. NORMAN WISE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LIVING WATER COUNSELING
Pastor Norm’s life verse is Isaiah 61:1 and, since 1972, it has guided him to provide Holy Spirit directed healing of broken hearts and homes. By the grace of God, Pastor Norm has helped thousands of individuals and families to find comfort, reconciliation, freedom, and fulfillment in their lives through the ministry of prayer and the Word of God guided by the Holy Spirit. It is his privilege to be called to use his gifts at Reveal Fellowship during the “fourth quarter” of his life and he hopes to always provide to each person what the Lord desires.

DAN SALVESEN
PASTOR OF CARE
Pastor Dan has “come out of retirement” to join the staff part-time as Pastor of Care. Dan and his wife, Nancy, recently relocated to South Florida after 45 years of ministry in New York, Oklahoma and Minnesota. They have five grown sons. Dan oversees the small groups at the church and supplements pastoral care as needs arise.
Scott Durance
PASTOR OF MISSIONS
Scott has been in missions ministry for over 40 years. He has been all over the world preaching the gospel and has also preached in the inner cities. Scott has been involved in several church plants. Ultimately, he has a heart to reach the lost and dying world. With a servants heart, he yearns to see broken people come to Christ.
Josh Hall
R-KIDS MINISTER
Josh oversees R-kids and Awana ministries. He has been in ministry for over 10 years. Josh is passionate for all kids to know that God loves them and wants a relationship with them. R-KIDS ASSISTANT
Bethany has a heart that continues to love and seek God every day. God has shown His amazing love to Bethany, so in return she wants to show the love of the Father to everyone she meets. Bethany works in the kids ministry and serves with a heart of love and compassion to help guide children to an encounter with Jesus.

WORSHIP MINISTRY
Ally joined Reveal’s worship ministry at its birth and has been a founding spiritual influence in its growth. In her leadership, she brings a deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and a desire for the people of God to see Jesus.

WORSHIP MINISTRY
Bianca is a gifted worship leader that loves Abba and His children with faithful devotion. The worship ministry at Reveal has been blessed with her humble yet bold prophetic voice calling the saints to a deeper place of throne-room intimacy.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Jacob was changed by the love of God! In response, he wants to help others live in close relationship with Him and walk out their own history with God. Jacob leads the First Impression Ministries and provides oversight for services.
JESSICA OPREA
ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jessica grew up in Colombia; she is blessed to be raised in a family that loves Jesus and faithfully attended church every Sunday. Her family moved to the U.S. when she was 12, and ever since high school, she’s dreamed of serving others and sharing the love of Christ. She, her husband Dustin, and their son Carlos have a deep passion for international missions. Jessica is grateful to see her dream come true as she now serves in God’s Kingdom through her role at Reveal.
